Robert Half are delighted to be supporting our client on the recruitment of an interim HR Business Partner, to join them on a 16-month fixed term contract to cover a maternity leave.
Our client is a European leader in their field, as well as being a FTSE 100 company. This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR Business Partner to join a fast paced and exciting organisation, and really make a mark on the HR division.
Reporting directly to a divisional HR Manager, this position will be responsible for multiple sites across the UK including Leeds, Peterborough, and Aldershot.
**Responsibilities of the HR Business Partner will include but not be limited to**:
- Building strong working relationships with key stakeholders ensuring all HR processes and agendas are delivered efficiently and effectively.
- Being an active member of the site leadership team, to develop and implement HR strategies that support the overall business strategies.
- Supporting on a talent agenda, ensuring the business can attract, develop, and retain the best talent through resourcing, training and development and performance management.
- Managing organisational change programmes complying with legal requirements and in line with company values.
- Supporting with Trade Union and Consultation Forum meetings to ensure a healthy partnership and ongoing effective communications.
- Acting as an advisory and mentor figure to site teams supporting on local processes such as sickness absence monitoring, recruitment training, payroll and more.
**Your Profile**:
- Strong proven experience in a HR Business Partnering position, ideally in a multi-site, multi-discipline role.
- Experience of operating in a unionised environment, ideally within manufacturing.
- An exceptional track record in delivering on business change.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships at all levels.
