Senior Receptionist

**Overview**
**Duties**
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, ensuring effective phone etiquette and directing calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Utilise Google Suite for document creation, scheduling, and communication.
- Handle clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks as requested by line manager.
- Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming at all times.
- Support administrative staff with various tasks as needed to ensure smooth office operations.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role is essential.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to communicate professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Familiarity with online booking systems and EPOS systems is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a busy office environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £13.00 per hour
