Contract Administrator

**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Monitor contract performance, including compliance with terms and conditions, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related inquiries from both internal team members and external partners.
- Uploading photos and documents for completed jobs
- Organising and printing off install packs
- Ensuring portal is up to date and all KPI's are met
- Assist in resolving disputes related to contracts in a timely manner.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in contract administration or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- High level of attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Proficiency in using contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Being DEA qualified and being qualified to undertake EPC's is preferred but not essential.
- Experience and knowledge in PAS2030 & MCS is preferred but not essential.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £24,420.00-£30,000.00 per year
