We are a leading national distributor of branded plumbing and heating system parts who operate from one of our National Distribution Centre’s in Birmingham.

**The Role**:
**Key responsibilities**:

- Review the customer contact log to ensure it is up to date and you will be responding to all queries until resolved as per our policies and agreed timescales.
- Review the 1040 query log to ensure it is up to date, responding to all queries to resolution to as pre agreed timescales of 4 days
- Identify departmental improvement measures
- Monitor and progress any returns identified by stock integrity that require to be returned to the customer without credit
- Completion of KPI’s
- Processing NMBS queries via the portal
- Strong communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders
- Creative problem solving
- Evidence of working in a high volume pressurised environment
- Attention to detail required as need to be able to understand queries quickly
- Passionate about delivering a positive customer experience at all times
- A positive team player

**Hours**:

- Monday to Friday (20 hours) No weekends

**Benefits**:

- Salary £10,800
- Eligible for profit sharing yearly bonus (the more profit the company makes the more we all can earn in bonus - this is uncapped)

Primaflow F&P supply a wide range and depth of product through our regional distribution centres, delivered locally by Primaflow F&P drivers and supported by our regional sales offices. We are the UK’s largest plumbing, heating and bathroom wholesaler, supplying over 8,000 customers over 20,000 products. Offering independent merchants and retailers a one stop shop, next day delivery service solution to support their business.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £10,800.00 per year
