Gobel & Partner are a leading supplier of Total Quality Management Services to the Automotive and Aerospace industries. We are currently recruiting for an organised, attentive and enthusiastic Sales Coordinator to join our team.
G&P are now entering into an ambitious growth phase that will see it not only develop the breadth and depth of its core automotive and aerospace divisions but also diversify into adjacent services, sectors and industries, underpinned by our market leading Quality Management technology development.
This is a full time opportunity with excellent opportunity for growth and self development. G&P work across a hybrid working model, so this role will be mostly remote, with 1 - 2 days in the office, which are based at the iconic Fort Dunlop.
As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the Group Commercial Manager and CEO, overseeing the UK and Europe. You will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Creating Quotes and Estimates
- Inputting information into the Group CRM system and Sales Tracker
- Supporting and guiding Sales Meetings with the Sales Team
- Managing customer portals and surrounding administration
- Producing monthly sales reports
- Researching and help generate new business leads
- Oversee, document and help lead sales forecasts
- Analyse competitor activity and produce reports
- Create presentations and support with presenting meetings
To be successful within this role, you will have excellent administration and organisation skills, you will be a strong communicator, extremely attentive and thrive in a fast paced environment. We are looking for a Sales Coordinator who is capable of working autonomously as well as being an excellent team player. Industry experience is not relevant, but you must have worked in a similar role to be considered for this opportunity.
You will be joining a global business and receive full training with the opportunity to progress as the team grows. You will be given the option to have a working from home split as well as flexible hours and a fantastic support network.
