Deal with complex problems on a regular basis, frequently using own initiative to reach creative solutions, or making recommendations to the project steering group, AD Performance, Commissioning, Partnerships, Strategic Directors, Assistant Directors, Departmental Management Teams and Elected Members. Influence, support and work with senior leadership to drive forward the Joint Finance Project by embedding and supporting a learning and responsive management culture based on championing high standards of performance through clear programme and project planning. Establish, lead, manage and monitor the Project Delivery Team, ensuring project and programme documentation is produced and maintained, including project briefs, project initiation documents, business cases, stakeholder plans, communication plans etc., with appropriate performance monitoring systems in place at all stages of a project to ensure effective and efficient delivery of projects and programmes.
