**We are looking for an Office Administrator to support our busy BCA Baird Road Corby site.**

**Our recruitment process is completed in two stages
- 1st stage involves an initial phone interview with our internal recruiter, and this will be followed by a 2nd stage, face-to-face interview with the hiring manager.**

**Working hours: Monday-Friday 8:00-16:00 37.5 hours per week**

**Salary: £19,749.16 per annum**

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Creating and maintaining records of incoming vehicles and liaising with the site on any vehicles that have been rejected
- Managing movement schedule and vehicle tracker
- Dealing with any customer returns for repairs ensuring a quick turnaround
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties will be included

**Personal Requirements**:

- Previous administrative experience (essential)
- **Computer literate with experience in using Excel (essential)**:

- Strong communicative skills - speaking, reading and writing (essential)
- Excellent numerical and literacy skills
