We are recruiting for a contemporary womenswear brand within a leading Premium Womenswear global retail business. They are looking for an Online Trading Assistant to join their fun, creative and casual Central London HQ with hybrid working.

As the Online Trading Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the Online Trading Manager in the planning and execution of the commercial trading of the websites (UK & International), the role will be pivotal in providing a seamless customer journey and optimum merchandising strategy. Update and maintain planning documents for the trading calendar in line with campaign briefs and site merchandising. Analyse data from Google Analytics and produce reports to identify how to maximise sales in collaboration with Marketing, Merchandising and Creative teams. Reporting on KPI’s including but not limited to: Conversion, Revenue, AOV, Sessions, Bounce Rate etc. Be the main point of contact for the Customer Service team for product information or site updates, informing CS when items are offline if faulty/missing an image/stock issue. Brief in creative assets to Creative team. Approve and publish content rich information. Working with the Online Trading Manager and Creative to ensure campaign imagery is in line with current trade/season messaging.

My client is looking for a commercially minded Online Trading Assistant with up to 1 years’ experience in business, retail, analytics or marketing. Strong grounding in excel with capability to upskill. Technically comfortable; willingness to learn about ecommerce systems and how they work together. Process and data driven with strong attention to detail and analytical skills to analyse and interpret data and create actions based on findings. A team player with the ability to manage workload independently. Exceptionally organised with a flexible approach and ability to multi-task.
