**Salary**: £21,200 per annum + Package
If successfulyou will be responsible for supporting individuals prior to and after release from prison, encouraging them stay motivated & comply with any/all probation requirements.
**Duties**:
- Successfully manage a caseload of Service Users (low & Medium level), supporting them throughout every stage of the process
- Assist Probation Officers & Users on a 1-2-1 & Group basis
- Mentoring, Coaching & Skills Training with Service Users
- Initial assessment & stakeholder engagement
- Deliver in a variety of venues including Ingeus community venues, Probation Offices & Police stations.
- Work alongside integrated specialist support partners to achieve successful outcome
**Requirements**:
- Experience of working with vulnerable/challenging people, for example people who have complex needs etc
- Case Management experience (i.e dealing with multiple people, managing their expectations)
