Job description

Golf Holidays Direct are hiring for a customer service assistant. Repoting into the Customer Service Manager.

**Your main duties will include but not limited to**:

- Calling customers to collect money for their holiday.
- Processing payments and refunds accurately and efficiently.
- Uploading our in house booking system with customer payment records
- Advising sales staff for any cancellations or modifications to bookings and helping action the changes.
- Must have an outstanding telephone manor and act professional at all times.
- Adhock customer service jobs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£20,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
