**Customer Service Advisor - Hybrid in Stevenage**

Then we have an exciting new opportunity for you as a **Customer Service Advisor** within our friendly team based in Stevenage. You’ll work Monday to Friday, **just 35 hours a week** No weekends Work life balance is important to us, so once you’re feeling confident and your training is complete, the role will become **hybrid too **so you can cut down on the commute time

**So, what does the role of a Customer Service Advisor here involve?**
- Build **positive relationships** with customers, Insurers and other external stakeholders providing advice and solutions as required.
- Handling renewals and mid-term adjustments with thorough attention to detail, maintaining a **high level of accuracy**.
- You will need to enjoy working in a **fast-paced team**. We work hard, help and support each other and we’re driven to achieve all our team goals and objectives all whilst having a lot of fun

**What are we looking for in a Customer Service Advisor?**

You don’t need insurance or contact centre experience as we provide a **2-week induction** and internal training within your team to provide **all the support you need** ensuring you feel confident in the role and then continued development to start your career with us.
