**Nuffield Health Parkside, Wimbledon, London | Patient Services | Bank | Weekend cover required for Saturday and Sunday | Shifts are either 06:30am - 14:30pm and 12:30 - 20:30pm**

As a Receptionist at Nuffield Health Parkside Hospital, you’ll have great communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone. You’re flexible and motivated, and you show empathy and initiative. You also have basic computer skills, including Word and Excel.

**As a Receptionist, you will**:

- Support the smooth running of our main reception
- Help us create a friendly, relaxing, and professional environment
- Provide exceptional and efficient customer service to everyone who visits our hospital guiding patients to where they need to be
- Give a warm welcome, answering queries in a caring and helpful way and make sure everyone feels valued
