As a Receptionist at Nuffield Health Parkside Hospital, you'll have great communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone. You're flexible and motivated, and you show empathy and initiative. You also have basic computer skills, including Word and Excel.

As a Receptionist, you will:

  • Support the smooth running of our main reception

  • Help us create a friendly, relaxing, and professional environment

  • Provide exceptional and efficient customer service to everyone who visits our hospital guiding patients to where they need to be

  • Give a warm welcome, answering queries in a caring and helpful way and make sure everyone feels valued
