Van Leeuwen specialist in Steel Pipes and Tube and the company serves its worldwide customer base via an international network of forty branches in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Australia, and America. Continued success has allowed us to invest heavily in our distribution network by opening new offices, building new warehouses and expanding existing ones.
We are now looking for an **Administrator** to support their multifaceted distribution operation in Basingstoke.

**The key roles and responsibilities for this job are**:
- Working to keep the system up to date - data entry, reporting on jobs not delivered on time and creating reports.
- Monitor and maintain any missing Country of Origin data within the batch Classification.
- Confirmation of Sales orders consistent with customer requirements.
- General filing, scanning and administration duties within the Operations & Logistics department.
- Answering the telephone and diverting calls to the relevant departments,
- KPI reporting for the Operations & Logistics department.
- Routine adjustments in SAP when necessary.
- To keep up to date any Operations & Logistics reports that are deemed your responsibility.
- Cover other roles within Operations & Logistics when necessary.

Full time - office based.
