**Role Purpose**

Your role as **Junior MI Analyst**is to use your analytical skills to transform data outputs into meaningful, relatable insight to support key decisions and to measure and improve operational performance.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Production of BAU and ad-hoc management information based on the needs of the division.
- Ensuring accurate and timely daily production of mechanical and any other workload files and related MI required.
- Assisting IT with the integrity and quality of data on the main operating system (Siebel).
- Engaging with senior MI Team members to understand and replicate innovative development with an eye for improvement.

**What will you need to succeed in this role?**
- Primary skillset is an aptitude and desire to learn new technical skills and MI systems and efficiently utilise these new skills for optimisation of current reporting under the supervision of senior members of the MI Team
- Experience adapting and analysing large datasets through Microsoft Office Suite
- A confident and professional attitude to written and verbal communication. Especially regards technical documentation and process guides
- Problem-solving and organisational skills, having the ability to work to multiple deadlines and deliverables
- Well organised, with the ability to prioritise workload with some autonomy
- A passion for analytics and data, staying up to date with the latest technology and trends in the field
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to translate data into a business story with an appreciation for the target audience
- Good attention to detail, placing a high value on data integrity, information governance and adherence to process
- Experience interpreting and Analysing SLA's, KPI's

- Basic salary of £25,000 - £26,000
