Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented MI Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for producing accurate and timely reporting in line with client SLAs, while delivering insightful data analysis to internal stakeholders. You will play a key role in driving process improvements and automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities

  • Deliver MI and Reporting Within Client SLA
  • Deliver MI and Reporting accurately and with a high attention to detail.
  • Suggest and deliver improvements to processes and always strive for automation where possible.
  • Be available to the business as a subject matter expert on reporting and MI.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience with financial systems and ability to investigate data issues.
  • Advanced Excel and SharePoint skills.
  • Proven capability in data analysis, manipulation, and modelling.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks including MCOB, CONC, DISP, SYSC, PRIN, and Lending Code.
  • Ability to interpret regulatory rules to ensure compliance across business activities.

Sector / industry specific

  • Act with integrity, due care, skill, and diligence.
  • Be open and cooperative with regulators (LSAG, FCA, PRA).
  • Ensure customers receive fair outcomes and observe proper market conduct.
