**What we need**
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Creative Operations to lead our creative team and drive operational excellence. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing the creative process, optimising workflows, and ensuring the successful execution of digital advertising campaigns. You will collaborate closely with our creative, account management, commercial and technology teams to deliver outstanding creative solutions and elevate our clients' advertising experiences.
**What you'll be doing**
- Developing and executing against a creative operations strategy to enhance efficiency, collaboration, and output quality within our creative team
- Lead and manage the creative team ensuring their alignment with company goals and objectives
- Collaborate closely with account management and commercial teams to understand client requirements, campaign goals, and technical specifications, and ensure their successful translation into creative deliverables
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise creative operations, leveraging data, insights, and industry best practices
- Oversee project management protocols, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management, to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery of projects
- Set the creative vision and direction for LoopMe's digital advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand strategies and business objectives
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable insights to enhance creative effectiveness
- Collaborate with external partners, including agencies and vendors, to ensure seamless integration of creative assets and adherence to brand guidelines
- Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and innovation within the creative team, providing guidance, feedback, and mentoring to drive professional growth
**You will have**
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a creative operations or project management function within the digital media industry
- Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, formats, and creative requirements across various channels (display, video, mobile, social media, etc.)
- Demonstrated experience in managing and leading cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and driving operational excellence
- Proficiency in using project management tools and platforms to track and manage creative projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data and insights to optimize creative operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
