From packaging to digital, retail to campaigns, you’ll oversee the entire creative output - ensuring it’s not only on brand, but inspiring and effective.Key responsibilities include:Managing the full creative pipeline to deliver projects on time and to briefLeading weekly production meetings and overseeing traffic across design, copy and contentCollaborating with internal teams to develop briefs and asset plansDirecting seasonal campaign photoshoots and ensuring consistency across all visual assetsApproving final designs and maintaining a high bar for brand qualityLeading and mentoring a studio team of designers, artworkers, and freelancersPartnering with external creatives, agencies and production teamsOwning and evolving brand guidelines across all touchpointsCreating effective launch toolkits and on-brand copyEnsuring cohesive storytelling across packaging, digital, retail and social mediaHow You’ll Dazzle UsYou're an experienced creative leader who thrives on balancing hands-on design work with operational oversight.
