The Role will Involve
- Meeting and greeting customers
- Understanding customer service requirements and booking / Loading customer vehicles onto the workshop dealer management system.
- Calling customers to gain authorisation for the completion of work
- Invoicing including explanation of all work undertaken to the customer
- Explanation of repairs and work completed on caravans and motorhomes to the customer on their return
- Managing and progress chasing customer vehicles from initial contact through to booking day
- To create job cards for the technical team and the ability to explain in detail the job requirements
- Entering warranty claims on the manufactures systems

Key Skills Required
- Being Able to offer excellent levels of customer service
- Great planning and organisational skills
- Working efficiently under pressure to achieve and reach targets
- To be self-motivated and driven to succeed
- Good communication skills
- Great Work Ethic
- To be computer literate on Word, Excel and be able to pick up our in-house software system.
