**Role Overview**

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team whose remit includes supporting the Product Management teams in developing their category strategies, assisting the Business Managers and Product Managers with insightful data to support driving companysales and profit. This role will be vital in leading and tracking the UK and European business initiatives with a strong focus in building robust relationships with our European stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Providing monthly analysis and financial support for the Product and Business Managers relevant to their categories
- Providing analysis and financial support in the management of supplier income and terms from our rebate agreements
- Assisting with the preparing and reviewing of forecasts and budgets at a product level within the company’s required timelines
- Providing analysis to help drive promotional effectiveness within the categories and the wider business
- Maintain excellent communication and build robust relationships with our European stakeholders ensuring regular and transparent sharing of data and reporting

**Key And Desired Skills**
- Full or Part Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA)
- Rebates experience is ideal
- Strong system, data and analytical skills
- Prior experience of supporting and challenging operational non-financial teams
- Planning, including target setting and annual budgeting
- Automotive or retail experience (non-essential)
- Confident in presenting data to and influencing senior management
- Approachable with the ability to adapt easily to different projects
- Self-aware and keen to develop themselves and others in the team.
