We are seeking a **Commercial Finance Business Partner** to support our Business Directors and Finance teams in driving business performance through strategic insights, financial analysis, and reporting. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Supporting Business Directors in launching actions aligned with our business strategy.
- Collaborating with Finance and Commercial Business Partners to enhance business performance.
- Identifying opportunities to improve channel business performance, including customer profitability, trading opportunities, and loyalty propositions.
- Providing analytics, commentary, and actionable insights to influence key business decisions.
- Managing financial targets, forecasts, and stretch goals to drive growth.
- Ensuring accurate and consistent financial reporting across divisions.
- Delivering insightful analysis to aid management understanding of channel performance.
- Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support financial planning.
- Supporting branch P&L management and capex business cases.
- Monitoring financial and KPI performance, providing reports and recommendations.
- Collaborating with Finance teams to ensure accurate month-end accounts.
- Providing ad-hoc analysis and project support as required.

**Skills and Experience**:

- ** Experience** in a commercial finance environment.
- Strong understanding of **financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting**.
- ** Accounting qualification (desirable)** but not essential.
- Experience in **sales and margin trend reporting** with actionable insights.
- Strong analytical skills with **excellent attention to detail**.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint**.
- Excellent **communication and presentation skills**.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to go the extra mile to meet deadlines and ensure project completion.
- Ability to present complex financial data to non-finance stakeholders with clarity
