Trinity House Group are working an exciting opportunity with a UK leading supplier based within the Midlands. They are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join the team whose remit includes supporting the Product Management teams in developing thelocal Supplier Rebates forecast and budget, assisting the Business Managers and Product Managers with insightful data to support driving company rebate income and profit.

This role will have some exciting opportunities to lead UK and European Supplier Rebates income initiatives with a strong focus in building robust relationships with theor European stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Local agreement negotiations.
- Ensure detailed understanding of all agreements and be the custodian of the agreements.
- Support in scenario planning
- Own, manage and maintain the supplier rebates process and consolidation file.
- Lead the monthly update and forecast process with adherence to SoX compliance
- Lead the forecast and budget process.
- Lead and support the internal and external audit process by providing information requested in a timely manner.
- Providing detailed and summarised reporting, insights, and drivers from forecast-to-forecast changes (gross and net after US GAAP accounting).
- Work closely with the local Inventory team and European team (Procurement team and Business Partner)
- Work closely with the local Management Accounts team

**European Rebates**:

- Work closely with the European team to understand the transfers and financial impact of local UK rebates to European Rebates and UK COGS (part of Pan European Pricing (PeP) and Tendering initiatives).
- Work closely with the local Management Accounts team and European team in tracking and managing the supplier rebates receivables and ageing by supplier

**Package**:

- £50,000 - £60,000
- Car allowence
- 10% bonus
- 2 days on site
