**Why this role matters?**

In this job, you’ll be responsible for using a data driven approach to both understand, and optimise, BT’s group £70m worth of Digital Media campaigns. This role is vital to ensure that BT is using its considerable spend efficiently, is targeting customers effectively, (and compliantly), and is building the right foundations for the next few years in this space, which is set to be a challenging period for companies that do not navigate changes to cookie policies or protect consumer privacy with a well thought out strategy.

This role is unique in EE, in that it straddles the divide between the orchestration of campaigns and the design of the measurement framework to support them, and will provide the successful applicant with the chance to operate as the pivot between high performing Marketing, Analytics, and Agency partners; and offers the chance to make a significant impact on the revenue of EE.

**Key responsibilities**
- Drive decision-making across Digital Media using the power of data and insight. This means producing high-quality, actionable insights to understand customer interactions with BT’s digital touchpoints.
- Design and drive the implementation of the framework to track future performance of Digital Media campaigns, within the context of the rest of the business’ reporting.This includes the onsite tags and pixels.
- Co-ordinate on-site testing and landing page design to help align customer experience for campaigns.
- Develop and owns self-serve reporting solutions for the business to interpret to understand the contribution and effectiveness of Digital Media to marketing and trading.
- Develop strong relationships with our stakeholders across the business - including the Media, Demand Generation, Analytics and Agency teams.
- Produce high-quality, actionable insights to understand customer interactions with BT’s digital touchpoints.
- Help coach the business to interperet analyses and reports better, to improve their data literacy.
- Maintain quality governance and controls to ensure consistent and accurate analysis is produced.
- Focus on process improvement and technology automation to improve our customers’ experience and efficiency, driving deeper extensive use insight and analysis
- Take a holistic view of the analysis and reporting requirements of the business and use your expertise to interpret systems, processes and data to design brilliant solutions.

**Key skills**
- Experimental Campaign Design
- Digital Media campaign design and/or measurement
- Google Analytics Experience

**_Experience it would be useful to have:_**
- Adobe Analytics Experience
- SQL structure languages (ideally in a cloud environment)
- BI Tool experience (e.g. Qlik, Tableau, Looker)
- Work with Voice of the customer tools, e.g. Medallia, OpinionLab
- Work with Session Replay tools, e.g. SessionCam, Decibel Insight
