Digital Analytics Specialist

**RESPOSIBILITIES**:
Responsible for digital analytics and insights
- Consolidate, investigate and analyze digital usage analytics to identify trends and create data-driven insights about visitor behavior (e.g. traffic patterns, conversion funnel, navigation behavior, and pathing)
- Work closely with multiple teams to help identify data capture opportunities, bridge data gaps, source issues and data inaccuracies
- Define data requirement for projects, identify missing metrics to build KPIs, and work with marketing to implement tagging requirements to ensure tracking and reporting of digital data
- Write and maintain technical documentation and requirements related to web and mobile analytics
- Stay up to date with the latest developments with tracking tags and web/mobile analytics
- Deliver actionable data-driven insights to business stakeholders through ongoing reporting, story-telling presentations
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- BS Degree in digital marketing, computer science or degree in any quantitative field, statistics, data science, or mathematics
- Relevant experience in the same field will be an added advantage
- Experience in data analytics using web analytic tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or PIWIK
- Good understanding of web analytic basics: tags, cookies, variables, data layer
- Experience with cross-channel and cross-domain data analytics
- Experience with dashboard development using BI Tools (e.g. Tableau)
- Strong written and verbal communication
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £27,500.00-£30,000.00 per year
