**The Company**

Our client offers opportunities for budding professionals by helping them progress through the early stages in their careers alongside helping large companies upskill their workforces. They are undergoing an 18-month Digital Transformation to take theirDigital platforms to a sophisticated world-class platform.

**The Role**

As a Digital Analytics Lead you will be:

- Setting standards for attribution for customer journey to understand customer engagement.
- Define measurement strategies and deliver insights.
- Analyse product performance and share actionable recommendations to the wider business.
- Contribute to the personalisation strategy.
- Contribute to marketing, content and product strategy using web analytics technology.

**Skills & Experience**
- Commercial experience building and implementing attribution models.
- Experience performing deep dive analytics through Adobe Analytics.
- Strong proficiency with Javascript.
- Experience leading and managing analytical transformations and teams.
- Ability to see the wider picture beyond analysis and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
