Sales Administrator

Due to continued growth, we are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join our existing team.
Duties will include;
Completing all internal new line forms & setting up products appropriately and in line with Company standards.
Supporting product set up by managing all product ‘master-data’.
Attending customer meetings with the Key Account Sales Manager.
Sales Forecasting - ensure alignment of sales volumes with Operations department.
Updating pricing, invoicing & promotional activity.
Sales Reporting.
Handling all customer enquiries in a timely manner and in line with the Company’s and customer’s expectations.
Recording and maintaining all customer data, contact points and range plans in shared folder.
Assisting with any business support projects and taking part in exhibitions, events etc.
You will need fantastic administration skills and be confidence in using Microsoft Office and Excel. You will be organized with excellent attention to detail and be able to interpret and evaluate data.
The software we use is Microsoft NAV and experience of this would be advantageous

Our story began in 1948, when Albert Bartlett started our family tradition of selling good-quality produce by setting up a beetroot-boiling operation in Coatbridge, Scotland.
Nine years later, Albert’s experience and expertise helped him grow the business, and along with his two sons, Jimmy and Alex, he found a new home for their flourishing company in Airdrie, Scotland.
On that very same site, we made history when we became the first factory in Britain to pre-pack carrots in a plastic bag.
Over the years, our expanding business has stayed true to Albert’s spirit of innovation and passion for quality, and we’ve built on our experience.
Today, we proudly supply potatoes from our network of farmers and growers across England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Jersey.

Over 70 years since Albert started the business, we remain proudly independent and the fourth generation of the Bartlett family is now working in the company. Our headquarters are in Airdrie, only four miles or so from our founder’s original business.
