**Content and Marketing Executive - Marketer and Digital Marketer**

**Location**: Oakham, Rutland
**Type**: Part-time or Full-time (24-40 hours per week)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the content development and organisation for the new website to ensure a successful launch.
- Use AI tools to generate, edit, and optimise content efficiently.
- Brainstorm new content ideas and marketing initiatives with the team.
- Monitor and analyse content performance to make data-driven improvements.
- Stay up to date with content and digital marketing trends to help drive creative campaigns.
- Proofread and edit copy to ensure error-free, engaging, and on-brand content.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent written English and communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Proven experience in content writing, with a portfolio of relevant work.
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation
- Creativity, and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with content management systems e.g. Wordpress, Hubspot would be a plus.
- Basic understanding of website structure and content flow to assist with site rollout.
