**French Speaking Administration and Customer Service Executive - **Ref 387**

**Leicester hybrid office/remote**

**Salary: Up to £26K. 37.5 hours per week 8am - 4.30pm**

We are working with a fantastic retail brand, who have a vacancy for a French speaking sales administration and customer service professional.

The brand sells high, quality, luxury products which are very popular in the French market.

**The role**
- Using Excel and basic VLOOKUP’s and a computer system to enter orders
- Making sure orders arrive safely in the customers hands
- Helping the customer with product choices

**The person they need**
- Completely fluent French skills
- Good IT skills and able to use Excel to an intermediate level is a must
- Ideally you would have worked in a French speaking role before, although it is not essential
- Office based admin and customer service experience would be preferred
- Someone who can appreciate quality goods at a higher price point, and can speak to those customers accordingly
- A keen interest in working in an international office environment
- German skills in addition would be even better
