**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies that align with our marketing goals and objectives.
- Manage and grow our social media presence across all channels, including creating and publishing engaging content, managing social media campaigns, and tracking performance metrics.
- Work closely with our Marketing Manager to plan and execute stand-out social media campaigns that drive traffic to our website and increase brand awareness.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop social media content that aligns with their goals and objectives.
- Monitor social media trends and stay up to date with the latest social media best practices.
- Respond to social media enquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and report on social media performance metrics, including reach, engagement, and website traffic.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role, with a portfolio of successful social media campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms.
- Excellent writing skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse data and draw insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
