We are looking for a creative, well-organised **Marketing Executive** to help us grow our marketing strategy and manage our social media content. Your content creation and social media engagement will nurture interest through all levels of the sales funnel, always with an eye on generating valuable leads for our sales teams and customer base.

Argent Energy is a European waste-based biodiesel producer with a vision to help decarbonise transport worldwide. At Argent we turn waste oils into low carbon fuel which significantly contributes to reducing the CO2 emissions of transport. We believe in using waste materials only and continuously search for new waste to be turned into higher value products. We invest in people and their development as well as R&D to drive innovation in products, technologies and operational excellence.

**Key responsibilities**
- Design, implement and review the marketing plan to support the Company strategy.
- Develop content marketing and social media strategies.
Manage and edit content created by external agencies and freelancers.
- Manage various social media platforms.
- Compile, interpret, and present analytics relative to KPIs for social media and content performance.
- Research emerging social media trends that are on brand and relevant to our marketing activities.
Identify events and conferences that will help promote our business and products.
- Work cross-functionally to support sales and trading with marketing requirements such as press releases, communication drafts (for Zemo, RTFA etc) and event organisation.
- Carry out marketing related administrative tasks.
**What you'll need**
- Degree in marketing, communications or journalism or related discipline is preferred
- Experience in developing marketing plans and brand management
- Proven experience in content marketing and social media management experience
Excellent familiarity with social media platforms
- Highly organised, able to manage a high volume of projects
- Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Experience in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop or similar software packages
