Flt Counterbalance

Bailey Employment Services Ltd are recruiting a Counterbalance FLT or Flexi Truck driver for our client on a temp to perm basis in Selby.

Opportunities have arisen in their fast paced, quality driven warehouse operation. They are looking to employee several employees to join their growing team, to assist in moving the business forward.

Hours 6am till 2pm and 2pm till 10pm rotating weekly Pay £10 per hour Overtime for anything above 40hours paid at time and a half rate. Any additional weekend work between Saturday 12.00PM until 06.00AM Monday morning is paid at double time Duties Loading and unloading of trailers using FLT Using our own WMS to manage customer’s stock Loading and unloading racking Maintaining a high level of housekeeping Re-stacking of pallets to ensure customers receive quality Adhering to health and safety protocols Communicating with team members and office staff, to complete objectives Requirements FLT Experience and in date licenses Attention to detail Excellent attendance and punctuality A positive and can-do attitude Quick thinker and problem solver Good communication and written skills Ability to work within a team or on your own Manual handling experience A good attitude to work Benefits 28 days holiday a year inclusive of bank holidays Permanent position after successful 16-week probation period Weekly attendance bonus Free onsite parking Overtime available
