As a Finance Assistant you will make sure that you deal with the accurate and timely processing of sales and purchase invoices, answering day to day queries, completing daily bank reconciliations whilst assisting the Head of Finance and other members of the team when required. This role is part time, ideally 5 days a week and working on a Thursday afternoon 2pm to 5pm and otherwise flexible around this.

You will work in a busy office environment, which is constantly changing and evolving to deliver the best possible service to our clients.

On a day to day basis you will:

- Receive, enter and check purchase invoices ready for payment
- Raise sales invoices for all completed customer orders
- Complete daily bank account reconciliations
- Prepare regular account statements and ensure regular contact with clients to maintain good credit control
- Maintain accurate client/supplier information in our company systems
- Assist with the preparation of client subscription renewals
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports
