Working with us: *
Our Sales Development team is expanding and we're looking to bring in a team leader to work in partnership with the Contact Centre Manager to effectively manage the team. This role will play a vital role in training, coaching, quality review, recruitment and project work focusing on process improvements.
We're looking for demonstrated people management experience at a junior level and a willingness to get stuck into a scale up environment - most importantly an open mindset to change

Together, we are making the process of renting a property better for thousands of people, and this is just the beginning. In 5 years we've grown to become the ‘go to’ provider of the UK’s largest Build to Rent owners and operators, such as Grainger, Quintain Living, Get Living, Greystar, and many others, as well as thousands of private landlords.

Role and Opportunities: *
Include but not limited to
- Manage day to day people management, including:
- Weekly 1:1s
- Quality checking
- Coaching
- On the desk training
- Work in partnership with the Manager to support with recruitment, interviewing and offer processes
- Onboarding and Training:
- Deliver onboarding sessions for new joiners
- Work with the manager to build and deliver ad hoc training sessions to upskill teams
- Quality:
- Review call logs and provide feedback to individuals
- Deliver weekly QC sessions to the team
- Manage and execute on team rota
- Consistently reviewing and upgrading scripts based on need
- Ad hoc project work based on business need
- Conduct weekly reporting on individual and team performance
- Be a culture and values carrier

About You: *
- Demonstrated experience as a team leader or junior manager
- Clear understanding of low level people management
- Experience in a Sales environment and target based roles
- Confident communicator
- Passion for quality and attention to detail
