As a Contact Centre Team Lead, you will lead a team of c20 Client Services Advisors who handle telephone enquiries and book patient appointments. You’ll bring excellent leadership skills, verbal communication skills and a positive, proactive customer-focused attitude.

**As a Contact Centre Team Lead you will**:

- Lead a team of call handlers to provide exceptional customer service
- Support the Patient Services Manager to achieve the departmental targets through effectual and efficient leadership of your Client Services Advisors
- Support, develop and coach your team, balancing performance, and productivity to ensure a well-rounded team
- Ensure targets and call abandonment rates are met
- Be part of an exciting, varied and dynamic environment
- Bring your skills to deliver excellent customer service, every time

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
