**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Manage data entry tasks accurately and promptly using various computerised systems.
- Maintain organised filing systems for documents and records.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and events as required.
- Handle incoming calls professionally, addressing inquiries and directing them appropriately.
- Utilise systems for document creation, spreadsheet management, and presentation preparation.
- Support financial tasks for invoicing and expense tracking.
- Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and workflows.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in data entry with high attention to detail.
- Experience with diary systems or similar software is advantageous.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- House keeping roles and hygiene maintenance of store
- Take pride in appearance and professional look

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: Up to £12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
