Exciting opportunities have arisen within our rapidly expanding call centre, based in Halifax, West Yorkshire.
We specialise in Gas and Renewables training courses that are provided at our onsite bespoke training centre. Due to company expansion, we are looking to recruit an office administration assistant.

- _FANTASTIC _hours available Working either 9.30am to 2.30pm or 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday - Friday with _NO EVENINGS OR WEEKENDS_
- Hourly rate of £12 p/hr

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate with reception for mail and parcel management.
- Schedule and maintain appointments and meetings.
- Attending meetings and minute taking
- Organise travel arrangements, booking hotels and events, transport, and accommodations.
- Source office essentials including furniture and IT equipment.
- Participate in managerial meetings
- Arrange office space and logistics for events.
- Handle payroll tasks including invoice management and salary administration.
- Ensure timely payment of invoices and coordinate with PAYE for leave management.
- Maintain accurate financial records.
- Track and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Experience in administrative roles with financial task management.
- Organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to confidentiality and discretion.
- Proficiency in office software and problem-solving skills.
- Own car and full driving license
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
