**Job Summary**

GlowSlim Clinic and associated ventures are looking for a reliable and organised **Administrative Assistant** to join our team in Halifax. This role is ideal for someone with good IT and organisational skills who wants to support a growing healthcare business and other business operations.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintaining digital records and updating spreadsheets.
- Supporting clinic operations with data entry and patient record management.
- Assisting with orders, invoices, and supplier communication.
- General office administration and ad-hoc tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Previous admin or office experience preferred, but not essential.

- Part-time to start, with scope to increase hours.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £12.42-£13.48 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
