- Tom Snow- Executive Director - ConsultingThis person will hold a key relationship between front office sales and trading teams and Finance within a prestigious Investment Bank. The role sits within Finance but largely focuses on supporting the front office with support relating to daily requests around substantiating / analysing PnL across different time period, client costs, quarter end and new client utilisation. This acitivty should ulitmately aid the front office in understanding the revenue and PnL impact of clients and client activity.

This person will have daily meetings with the sales teams, and particularly with COO and business managers from FO. They get weekly, or almost daily requests from them around analysis of PnL, costs etc. There are also weekly reports to sales management and a contribution to Product Control monthly management deck.

A keen analytical skillset is crucial. Being able to analyse key data and reports this to front office and Finance Management, disseminating this information into key takeaways.

Alongside this, relationship management and strong communicstion skills are vital. This person will need confidence alongside this analytical nature.

A qualified accountant with broad product knowledge who is looking for a role that directly supports the front office would be ideal.
