About Us

Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and highly organised **Marketing & Events Coordinator** who will be responsible for managing Drova’s marketing initiatives, social media presence, and events. This role will play a pivotal part in raising brand awareness, generating leads, and building relationships through thoughtful marketing campaigns and high-impact events. Working alongside our Australian based Marketing Team.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Campaign Management:

- Working withe European Sales Teams and Partners to Develop, implement, and manage integrated marketing campaigns that align with Drova’s business objectives and drive awareness of our SaaS solutions.
- Design marketing materials aligned with our Australian Parent, that resonate with our core audience, including CROs, risk managers, and ESG professionals.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to create compelling, data-driven content for campaigns that support product launches and customer engagement.
- Measure and report the performance of marketing campaigns, assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), and optimize as necessary.

Social Media Management:

- Manage Drova’s social media channels, crafting compelling content to increase engagement, reach, and brand presence in Europe.
- Monitor social media trends and make strategic recommendations to ensure Drova is at the forefront of industry conversations.
- Engage with relevant communities, thought leaders, and influencers to increase brand visibility, building your personal profile as a though leader in this market.

Event Planning & Execution:

- Plan and execute Drova’s participation in virtual and physical events such as conferences, webinars, and trade shows to build awareness and generate leads.
- Coordinate and manage event logistics, promotional materials, and post-event follow-ups.
- Collaborate with industry partners and stakeholders to ensure events align with Drova’s strategic goals.

Campaign Analytics & Reporting:

- Track and analyse the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and events.
- Provide data-driven insights to optimise future campaigns, social media efforts, and event performance.

Key Qualifications

Experience: 2-5 years in marketing, social media management, and event coordination, preferably within SaaS or tech sectors.

**Skills**:

- Proven experience in creating and executing marketing campaigns that generate measurable results.
- Strong social media management skills across platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools to monitor and optimize campaign performance.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in event planning, from concept to execution.

Education: Degree in Marketing would be an advantage, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: £27,338.00-£29,028.00 per year
