**Responsibilities**:

- Content Creation**_: Develop engaging content for marketing materials, including social media posts, blog articles, newsletters, mail merges and website content. Your creativity and writing skills will help captivate our target audience.**:

- Social Media Management**:_ Maintain our social media presence by curating relevant content, scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analysing social media analytics to identify trends and opportunities. Instruct our external marketing agency on the content creation of our Facebook ads.**:

- PR & Advertising**_: Overseeing public relations (PR) and advertising contracts, developing engaging articles and website banners to be published in our monthly magazines.**:

- Market Research**:_ Conduct research to identify market trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences. Your findings will contribute to the development of effective marketing strategies.**:

- Website maintenance**:_ Communicating with the developers to keep everything up to date. Periodically check functionality of website and report any anomalies.**:

- App maintenanc**_**e**:_ Communicating with the developers to keep everything up to date on the Window Warehouse app. Periodically check functionality of the app and report any anomalies.**:

- Analytics and Reporting**:_ Track and analyse the monthly SEO reports from our external Marketing Agency.**:

- Event Coordination**_: Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events, trade shows, and conferences. Your organisational skills will be essential in ensuring successful event logistics.**:

- Collaboration**:_ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, SEO managers, IT developers, sales, and product development, to align marketing efforts and achieve common goals.**:

- Support**:_ Support our customers in their marketing needs, providing images, brochures, advice, and support in marketing their businesses.**:

- Partnerships**:_ Oversee Company sponsorship agreements.**:

- Other tasks**:_ Organising employee uniform, arranging annual staff get-togethers or rewards, and any printing for the company.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) or Affinity Suite (including Affinity Photo, Designer, and Publisher), and Canva.
- Demonstrated experience in using graphic design software to create visually appealing marketing materials, such as social media graphics, brochures, infographics, and presentations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A creative flair for crafting compelling content is a plus.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. You can juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems (CMS), and marketing analytics tools.
- Knowledge of current marketing trends and best practices. You stay updated with industry developments and are eager to bring new ideas to the table.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a positive attitude. You are eager to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. You can contribute effectively in a team environment and communicate ideas clearly.

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Digital marketing: 1 year (preferred)
- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
