We are looking for a full time Reservations Co-ordinator to be the voice of Princess Cruises, providing exceptional customer service at all times to enhance the reservations and cruising experience. **The Role**
- Service all Travel Agents and Consumers to the highest standard. Receive and respond to in-bound calls.
- Service our travels agent partners and guests queries via webchat
- Build and maintain relationships with all trade and consumer customers.
- Handle precise requests and special projects.
- Meet departmental guidelines and as per the Reservations Policy Manual.
- Consistently demonstrated excellent customer service.

**About You**
- You will come from a background of high level service as well as experience of sales.
- Your focus will be on giving the highest level of service possible to our guests and agents and you’ll be used to working in an environment where great product knowledge helps you to stand out from the crowd.
- Naturally you’ll have high standards and will be used to working in a goal and target oriented environment.
