TheSales Executiveis a super confident individual that is part of the Regional Sales team and is a buzzy point of contact between customers and hotels.You will do sales research, understand how to conduct prospecting, administrative tasks, maximise revenue, build customer loyalty and support the Regional Sales team.You’ll be based in theSouth West – Southamptonarea operating out of the southwest and support three Moxy hotels, with travel to client sites or events as needed.THE JOBEvaluate, qualify, respond to sales leads, and arrange appointments for the Regional Sales Manager, covering Moxy Bristol, Plymouth and Southampton hotels.Prepare and finalise contracts to close sales transactions.Join-in on Sales projects, executing activities that support the commercial direction of your hotels.Create sales presentations, injecting your personality and our disruptive sales culture.Join sales calls to engage with prospective and current clients.Provide sales program/event coordination, reporting support, and/or general administrative support as needed.Maintain a portfolio of telesales accounts and nurture client relationships.Research and identify new leads.Provide support for the Group reservations team, if needed.Using our CRM, SFA Web, to manage leads and track performance.Collaborate with Marketing to align messaging and promotional effortsRepresent the hotels at local networking events, trade shows, and client meetingsMaintaining Business GoalsEstablish and maintain complete and up-to-date lead response informationGenerate and organise sales reports using multiple data systemsTrack and report on KPIs such as lead conversion rates, revenue contribution in the managed segments, and client engagementLANGUAGELanguage requirements: Business proficient EnglishProfileDetailed and accurate in all you do especially taking care of data.Clear and confident in both written and verbal communication.Ability to work under own initiative.Positive, entrepreneurial, and open-minded approach to challenges.Creative and innovative in improving processes and driving results.Trusted by others through consistent authenticity and ethical standards.Maintain confidentiality of proprietary materials and informationSkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient at Microsoft Office, especially:Excel (you’ve got to love those spreadsheets)Word (perfect for proposals)PowerPoint (make your presentations pop) andOutlook (you use all the tools).Strong organisational and time management skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentThis role is an ideal way to progress into a senior sales role within a forward facing, ambitious company.Ongoing training and development through Marriott programmes and 1:1 coaching with your line manager.A fully supportive sales culture with high-level talent to learn from.Exposure to regional and international sales strategiesEducation and Professional CertificationHigh School diploma or equivalent requiredPreferred minimumof 2 years’ experiencein hotels either in Sales and Marketing, Group Reservations, Guest Services, or Front Desk,Experience in select-service or lifestyle hotel brands is a plusPrevious experience in a multi-property or cluster sales role is advantageousWHO WE ARE:Hotel Co 51is a growing hotel management company headquartered in Amsterdam and is part of the Vastint Group.
