We are seeking a **Customer Order Administrator / Processor** to join our clients team based in Braintree where you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive top-quality service and support. With a polite and eager telephone manner, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle busy periods with ease, you'll be essential to our clients success.

**Key Responsibilities**:
As a **Customer Order Processor**, your responsibilities will include:

- ** Processing Sales Orders**: Accurately inputting and managing sales orders from customers, ensuring all details are correct and processed efficiently.
- ** Liaising with Couriers**: Managing any delivery problems by liaising with couriers and ensuring that issues are resolved quickly and to the customer's satisfaction.
- ** Arranging Returns**: Organising product returns and exchanges, following company procedures to ensure smooth and hassle-free transactions.
- ** Raising Purchase Orders**: Creating and sending purchase orders to suppliers to ensure stock levels are maintained and orders are fulfilled.
