**Responsibilities**: - Manages customer account information - Follows through with customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction - Assists with customer reselects - Forwards information to vendor, (VC Europe) Sales Support - Resolves customer inquiries or forwards to the appropriate sales associate or manager - Exhibits professionalism with customers, team members and all levels of leadership - Provides back up to the showroom sales team: answering phones and greeting customers **Requirements**: - 1-3 years’ experience in customer service - High school diploma, college degree preferred - Strong aptitude for and proficiency navigating CRM and Order Management Systems - Superior communication and organization skills with excellent attention to detail - Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and changing priorities - Keen eye for design and creativity - Ability to achieve results both independently and through other by fostering a spirit of teamwork and cooperation - Must have a positive, hardworking "can do" attitude and demonstrate a willingness to learn - Available to work a flexible schedule - Proficient in Microsoft Office programs - Ability to use tools, climb ladders, and safely lift up to 20 lbs - Ability to follow safety and security standards - Ability to follow safety and security standards **We Provide**: - Competitive Salary and monthly bonus compensation - Structured training program - 100% Employer Paid Medical Benefits - Minimal cost for Vision and Dental - $50K company provided Life Insurance - 401K matching up to 4% of your contributions - Up to two weeks paid vacation the first year - Accrued sick time - Closed on all major holidays LI-Onsite
