We have an exciting opportunity for a Lettings Administrator / Property Maintenance Coordinator to join a leading Lettings & Estate Agency based in Coventry City Centre.
Experience of working within Property Management, Lettings or Estate Agency would be required due to the nature of this position.
Lettings Administrator / Property Maintenance Coordinator Key Responsibilities:
- Liaising with tenants with regards to all tenancy matters, including renewal of contract agreements, end of tenancy processing etc.
- Arranging and chasing up of contractors to attend properties for repair, maintenance, periodic inspections and gas and electric certification.
- Maintaining all records and information ensuring everything is accurate, compliant and up to date.
- Provide other general administrative support to the team
Skills Required:
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent people skills to be able to deal with tenant and contractors.
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a similar role e.g. Lettings administrator / Lettings Coordinator / Property Coordinator role
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office package, including Word and Excel and the ability to pick up new systems.
Please note, this is a FULL TIME office based position and unfortunately we are not able to consider offers of part time hours or remote working.
