They are looking for an **Experienced** **Lettings Administrator**to join their very busy team.

- You will have the ability to work to very tight deadlines.
- Are you an efficient individual with attention to detail and the ability to multi task.
- You have the ability to use your planning and organising skills to manage booking in of jobs/tasks.
- You are able to work in a very demanding/busy environment.
- Do have have a basic understanding of household appliances.
- Are you confident when speaking to people over the phone and face to face.
- You always strive to challenges.
- Do you have a bubbly personality & exceptional people skills.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication.
- You have a good understanding and the ability to work with Google Sheets, CRM systems, Diary booking systems.
- You are able to hold and control difficult conversations.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of properties and transactions.
- Utilize strong communication skills to liaise with landlords, tenants, and team members.
- Organize property viewings and coordinate schedules effectively.
- Assist in marketing properties through various channels to attract potential tenants.

**Summary**

As an Experienced Lettings Administrator, you will be integral to our property management team, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service. Reporting to the Lettings Manager, you will utilize your strong communication skills to liaise with clients and tenants effectively. Your administrative experience will be essential in managing documentation and coordinating viewings. Additionally, your multilingual abilities and organizational skills will enhance our service delivery and client relations. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
