**About the Role**:
As a Recruiter at Cohesion you will be involved in the following:

- Advertising and implementing attraction strategies on behalf of our clients.
- Coordinating and supporting all stages of the recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, and conducting competency interviews.
- Spending time meeting and getting to know clients
- Getting involved with any other Ad Hoc recruitment projects as and when required.

We are aiming to be in the office together three days per week, so you need to be live close enough to Solihull for this.
