Recruitment Coordinator - Managed Estate

Solihull

Stonegate Group, the UK’s biggest pub group, are recruiting for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our in house Recruitment team. This is an administrative role, supporting the Senior Resourcing Manager and Officers to deliver the recruitment service across the business. This role will report to our Resourcing Projects Manager, so you might also be involved in supporting on some innovative recruitment projects.

We’re looking for a confident, diligent office based Recruitment Coordinator who is happy to be part of a remote team, used to working together to achieve team goals. The Recruitment Coordinator needs to be organised, but flexible in their approach to work as new challenges arise.

**Some of the key parts of the role will include**:
**ATS Management**: We can train you how to use our Applicant Tracking System (Networx) and part of the role will include administration of the system, making amendments and developing reporting tools for the business to use. We’d like you to have a real interest in how the system works and become an Expert user, able to guide key customer groups as they use the system.

**Recruitment**: Supporting with the administration of vacancies through internal advertising, managing job descriptions and managing the internal rehire process

**Meetings**: helping to arrange meetings, attending and supporting meetings by sharing and collating relevant management information or notetaking

**Reporting**: creating, managing and distributing Recruitment reporting at all levels from Board to frontline as requested

Ideally you’ll have significant administration experience, either within HR or Recruitment, and be keen to continue your recruitment career within a large company, with a great track record of internal promotions.
