**Your Role.**

You’ll be working closely with our CEO, you’ll organise his diary, make sure he’s where he needs to be and with the right information to hand. To thrive in this role you must be comfortable operating in a technology environment, developing knowledge over time and deploying this in your day-to-day work. Being an essential, supporting role you will need to be experienced and comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders across the business and display the appropriate level of professionalism and discretion at all times.

As part of your role you will:

- Manage our CEO’s diary & calendar, scheduling Customer & Stakeholder meetings ensuring meetings are prioritised effectively to maximise their time.
- Manage our CEO's Travel & Expenses including arranging travel, accommodation, Visa’s etc, and completion of CEO’s expenses submission.
- Establish a rapport with customers, staff, visitors, etc, and building strong relationships with key customer EAs.
- Facilitate Senior Leadership Team Meetings including drafting agendas, reports, minutes, presentations, tracking completion of actions, etc, and co-ordinating monthly reports & creating reporting packs for CEO & Senior Leadership Team.
- Ensure relevant Health & Safety, IMS, etc, documentation and procedures are maintained and undertaking project work where required.
- Manage our office environments ensuring standards and office supplies are maintained.
- Welcome our visitors and making sure they leave with an excellent experience of the business.

**What You Need To Have.**

To do this job well you need to be:

- Proactive in supporting the CEO & Senior Leadership Team.
- Highly organised with excellent planning and time management skills.
- A natural confident communicator both verbal and written.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Great at building relationships and be able to read the environment around you.
- Able to work independently to achieve desired outcomes.
- Able to manage and prioritise multiple projects, tasks, people and changing priorities.
- Experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role.
- Legal experience or qualifications would be advantageous.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Working knowledge of project management software.
