The Project Co-ordinator’s main purpose is to support the Charity Manager with the administration and execution of all bookings and activities for Ready Steady Go, including internal and external activities. To work closely with the Charity Manager to support her with the day to day running of the charities comprehensive schedule of clubs & activities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- To support the values of the Charity
- To liaise with suppliers and partners to book tickets, facilities and entertainment for activities and group bookings as identified by the Charity Manager
- To conduct Risk Assessments for all activities related to Ready Steady Go - to conduct general assessments of all activities and of all sites to identify the key risks and control measures. To assess risks of employees, volunteers, families and when applicable the general public. To be competent to ensure each assessment achieves the purpose and to ensure that all relevant formal documents are in place and up to date.
- To liaise with third party suppliers to request all relevant information required for complex group bookings and activities
- To contact RSG families to obtain relevant information as required by third party suppliers
- To liaise with the Accounts & Admin Assistant with the administration of all bookings on the Pembee booking system
- To liaise with member families and help support them when required
- To regularly advertise all activities on the members Ready Steady Go pages
- To regularly update the Ready Steady Go website
- To help support with the smooth running of the Ready Steady Go HQ
- To liaise with the Ready Steady Go Accounts & Admin Assistant with regards to payments from families and payments to suppliers
- To adhere to all policies and procedures set out by RSG Charity
- To support complex group bookings on site if required by the Charity
- To support families on external trips on occasions as required by the charity
- To undertake any other duties that may reasonably be requested by the Charity Manager

This position is a very varied role, with no two weeks being the same. Days and hours to be agreed on a monthly basis to fit in with the charities very busy schedule of clubs and activities. Be prepared for little routine but lots of fulfilment from this role.

Our Charity Manager is passionate about every aspect of the charity and is looking for someone who will help support the charity and her role on a daily basis with passion and drive.

**Qualifications**
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to engage and gain trust/confidence with children/families through the project
- Maintain confidentiality at all times
- Excellent recording skills
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Flexibility in relation to working hours and days as required by the Charity
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Current driving licence and access to car
- Proficient in the use of Excel Spreadsheets, Microsoft Office and Google Drive (docs and sheets)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 8 months

Pay: £13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week

Schedule:

- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Monmouthshire, NP26 3HH
